On November 12, 2019, after eight-month construction period, the Union Hall building was completed and held the Building Completion Ceremony. The event was attended by the Director of Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education Indonesia, Indonesian Religious Personnel, President of Indonesian Korean Society, Representative of Delta Mas Urban Development Company, Construction company (PT. Wira Agung Mandiri), JIU fellow workers and college students.

The Director of Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education Indonesia, who was deeply impressed with the campus facilities, added that the current campus facilities not only meet the requirements of STBA (JIU College of Foreign Languages) permission, but also well prepared to serve as an University facility.

On December 13, since the student dormitory was moved into the Union Hall Building, all of JIU students have enjoyed the new accomodations on the 2nd and 3rd floor, and guest rooms on the 4th floor have been fully utilized by  faculty members including external lecturers. Soon we will provide lecture rooms, research rooms and offices.
