On January 24th 2014, Mr. Daniel Keunwoo Cheon, a master architect serving as the director of BaMI(Builders As a Mission) in South Korea, has been appointed a member of Advisory Board of Foundation Duranno Indonesia in recognition of his contribution to the development of JIU campus master plan.

He successfully led the 2014 ICAI Winter Design Camp in Jakarta with his BaMI team, which was composed of 34 architectural professionals and student volunteers from South Korea, to build a master plan of JIU campus.

Since its foundation by Mr. Cheon in 1999, BaMI has been providing pro bono architectural services to several developing countries and areas affected by disasters, including Indonesia, Cambodia, China, Mongolia, and Haiti.
